Definite shark-jumping -- but pretty funny, all things considered.

Can Barack Obama sound any lamer doing schtick.

What about McCain with his old school reference to the "Hulkamaniacs"? Johnny Mac wins this handicap match easily.

Now who's out of touch? Hulkamaniacs are alive and well among fans of The Hogans and the rest of us who find our guilty viewing pleasures by watching the strange reality shows on vh1.

SC, you misunderstood (I think). I was giving McCain props for staying true to the old school.

If Barack's speech writers were going to use that dopey "can you smell what Barack is cooking" line, he needed to do The Eyebrow lift.

McCain could at least have pronounced Obama's first name correctly - he said BARack, rather than BarACK.

I did misunderstand. And, you're right about the eyebrow. That would have been excellent. Obama's handlers missed the boat.

It's like what Bush used to do with Saddam Hussein's first name.

How low are the candidates going to go? I also heard that there were some impersonators that wrestled in the guise of the candidates. And, it happened right here in Greenville! Oh, the shame of it all...
