Orson went to visit Mike in his rehab facility (at Mike's behest), and initially he was concerned that a clearer-headed Mike was starting to remember details about the car "accident" when Orson ran Mike over. Mike actually wanted to apologize to Orson about asking for the narcotic prescription and endangering Orson's dental license. Mike said he felt very contrite about it now, and wanted to get it off his chest because the guilt would eat away at him if it was left unsaid. Orson left the visit feeling quite relieved...or so he thought.
