Apparently there is a cross-section of spammers who also know their WWTBAM trivia to get past the security questions. The show does air in Nigeria, doesn't it?

I believe they do rotate and only one is asked. I know there's also one about million dollar answers (Which would be tough for anyone given how much time has passed since the olden days)...
