If they fired every political reporter for inaccurate reporting, Fox News would be out of business overnight, as would Breitbart and all of Flock's other sources of "information."

Brian Ross doesn't report inaccurately. He reports information that directly supports his own political beliefs.While many, if not most, mainstream reporters do that, he is conspicuously brazen at it. But in a 'news' organization that is headed by Clinton's former chief of staff, what else can be expected?

I would welcome any reporter who reported innacurate information being fired. They are ONLY supposed to report accurate information. And they are not supposed to speculate. ALL OF THEM. Very few of them do. That is why trust in the 'News' media is at an all-time low.

I would welcome any reporter who reported innacurate information being fired. They are ONLY supposed to report accurate information.

While we're at it, let's fire everyone who makes a mistake on their job. After all, they are ONLY supposed to do their job correctly.

Trust in the press is at an "all time low" because Republicans and right wingers can't bring themselves to admit that they have elected the worst president of all time. So they choose to label everything that contradicts their narrative as fake news.

Brian Ross did not make a mistake. He reported what he believed to be true to support his narrative and reinforce the narrative to his loyal viewers. In the Tea Party case, he stopped when he found the name on the Tea Party list without finding out if it was the same man. If he was responsible, he would have investigated further, but he was so excited to use his pointy stick and get a 'scoop'. That is a firable offense.

In the recent case, he changed the whole meaning of the story in a way that he would have dragged trump through the coals for. He is not a reporter, he is a shill. And he should not have the responsibility of reporting 'news' on a national platform.
