I am sorry to hear of your flood.

We' ve been having floods up here too but not on my Somerville hill, fortunately.

Knocking on wood our weather has been okay. The pipe to the toilet caused this disaster. It's always sumpin.

Eek. May you have it fixed soon.

(My sister has been having a hell of a time locating a plumber; they all want to be doing giant remodelings. Her unworking shower is not an emergency, except to people needing to be clean, so the plumber she finally got to commit will get to her eventually.

They had her empty out her closet, because they have to dig into the whole fixture through there, not the shower side.

What you have even my home-town plumbers would consider emergency.)
