We're not so invisible now.
Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

I guess our monitors are going to have to be a little more vigilant from now on.

Meanwhile, why'd you even bother to reply to that post, Rexer? I'm not even going to open threads like that and I hope the thread is deleted soon.

We need a "Flag as inappropriate" button, despite the potential for humorous misuse.

I just thought that bringing it to the moderator's attention might get rid of it faster.
Besides, I cut & paste all the URLs to set for homepages for a number of my cow-workers.
Enough already. It's my fault! Get over it!

That'll be $10, please.

I'll leave my Halloween costume on until we can fence out the weirdos. Don't want my daughter's picture showing up on Google images under "tantrum"....
