WhooHOO! Congrats.
When reality requires approval, control replaces truth.
To argue with a person who has renounced the use of reason is like administering medicine to the dead. -Thomas Paine
You can ignore reality, but you can't ignore the consequences of ignoring reality. -Ayn Rand
Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities. -Voltaire

Yea! Congratulations.
..what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms.
~~ Thomas Jefferson

War is where the government tells you who the bad guy is.
Revolution is when you decide that for yourself.

I saw the post here, went to Amazon and it said to hurry that there was only one copy left with more on the way soon. My order went through and it shows arriving on Friday. The link now shows available in 1-2 months. If it actually ships this week as expected then I guess I got the last copy.

Thanks! I'll contact the publisher and make sure more are sent to Amazon.

As always, I appreciate your support and all the other BBs, too.

According to Amazon:

Only 4 left in stock (more on the way).

So the next shipment arrived.

As always, if anyone would like a personalized copy, contact me at vandalrmc@comcast.net and I'll make it happen. My copies are on the way.

I've been ordering books from Amazon since 1997 and today was a first. A good-sized box arrived from Amazon and I opened it to find a smaller, sturdy white box. Inside was the book with an invoice showing the book being sent from Independent Publishers Group to Amazon in Hebron, KY. The price listed was $13.99 with a notation shown for 50% discount.

My price before sales tax was $9.49

Amazon still shows arriving for Friday for me with preparing for shipment and my credit card still shows pending payment. It was a surprise to get the book (certainly doubly protected for secure & damage free shipment) today in S.F.

The $2.50 difference between Amazon's selling price and the purchase price all goes to the author, right?

My royalty is pretty low, a bit over a buck a book. I'm not retiring any time soon.

Thank you for buying a copy. I hope you like it.
