Looks like Donald plagiarized Avatar

#1 Post by Bob78164 » Sat Jan 21, 2017 1:34 am

I don't remember the movie well enough to be sure, but I'm seeing reports that one of Donald's lines was lifted nearly word-for-word from the movie Avatar. Boy would I love to handle that copyright infringement suit. --Bob

Donald's lawyers would love that, too.

They are also saying he plagiarized a speech Bane gave in The Dark Knight Rises. Actually, I think it was a translation of one Hitler gave in 1933.

The Bane language I'm seeing doesn't look all that close. If the Avatar quote is accurate, though, it's very nearly word-for-word. --Bob

I can't find that using Google. How about a link, please.

This is what I've been able to find but I can't verify the purported Avatar quote. --Bob

A comparison: Bane had a much cooler face mask and musical score.

Trump had American carnage, unfortunately not included in this comparison clip.

Great movie title though. American Carnage. Probably featuring the cast of The Walking Dead or the like.
