Rogue One - 3D?

#1 Post by Ritterskoop » Wed Dec 28, 2016 12:31 am

I'm not a big 3D person but this seems like one where it might be worth it the extra dollar and the chance of getting queasy.

Recommendations?

I saw it in 3D, and I thought the 3D effects were more subtle and less obvious than in most 3D movies.

We saw it in 3D today and no one got queasy or had any ill effects. I thought it was well done, and barely noticed, in a good way. We didn't intend to pay extra but the non-3D theater only had front-row seats left, so we waited half an hour and got much better seats in the 3D theater.

I give the movie itself a B.

Thanks for the advice. Tomorrow is The Baboo's birthday and a Rogue One viewing is part of the day's activities. We had been debating 3D or not. Now it looks like that is our choice.
