19. TOMMY-THE WHO (1969)
Brilliant, a landmark in rock music, it's the epic "rock opera" about the deaf, dumb and blind boy which many feel is their crowning
achievement. It's obviously one of my favorite albums ever, but is it my FAVORITE Who album? Ummmm....maybe......
