The election is officially over

#1 Post by SpacemanSpiff » Fri Nov 11, 2016 11:02 am

Now, instead of the "vote for my guy" robocalls, now I'm getting inundated with the "you have won a free vacation/cruise/money from Nigeria" calls.

Normally I don't answer a call which I don't recognize, but since I'm in job hunt mode I can't be so picky.

Our school district has called and left three automated messages that my son's lunch account has a negative $1 balance. It was refreshing to hear those rather than "This is Dan Patrick...." or "This is Greg Abbott..." or "This is <whoever>...."

Plus, my personal email volume has gone down significantly. No more emails from Sheriff Joe or Eric Trump. Somewhere, somehow, I got on a conservative email list. It was very annoying.
..what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms.

That's odd; I got dozens of e-mails from Hillary, Chelsea, Bill, Barack, Michele, Tim Kaine, James Carville, and a whole host of people I never heard of.

Boy, that sucks. I'd be worried about the F.B.I. coming for my laptop if I were you.
