Place Your Bets
By election day, which number will be greater?
The number of documented cases of voter fraud anywhere in the United States this century?
or
The number of women who have come forward to accuse Donald Trump of sexually assaulting them?
Right now, the fraudsters lead the Donald 31-12, but he's closing hard, with a former Miss FInland being the latest. In all honesty, Trump may be hard pressed to catch up in this short a period of time, because there's only one of him and over 150 million potential fraudulent voters in this country, many of them really bad hombres. However, if Donald is allowed to add a second member to Team Trump, say Clarence Thomas, he just might catch up over the next two weeks.

I would agree with you with the Janie-come-latelies, but I'll also put it in two words:BackInTex wrote:Edit: And put a 1 next to the ones where the claims were made within a decade, and a 0 next to the ones where it was beyond 10 years.

More Democratic Party attempts thwarted
Of course the Clinton News Network leave out a few further damaging facts, but they are reported here...
FieldWorks is a national political grassroots organization that has worked with a number of Democratic clients in the past.
Delaware County Department of Voter Registration Chief Clerk Mary Jo Headley informed the commission that 3,840 of the forms were invalid for various reasons, including duplicate registration, invalid addresses and other discrepancies.
I guess 23% accuracy is fine for SSS.Headley found 1,160 voter registration forms to be valid
Of course the Clinton News Network leave out a few further damaging facts, but they are reported here...
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the police used a warrant seeking forms that could be used to “construct fraudulent voter registration forms” and “completed voter registration forms containing same or similar identifying information of individuals on multiple forms.”
How about employing registrants who want to vote several times as Steuve Silver, Steeve Silver, Stephen Silver, Steve Silvur, and Stev Silfer. If they don't have to show ID, why couldn't they? The real Steve Silver would never know.Attorney General Bruce Beemer suggested to the Inquirer that the group was employing registrants who were cutting corners to meet quotas. One way to do that is to re-register existing voters with subtle spelling differences in their names.

This investigation is just starting. I think many more of the suspect registrations will turn out to be valid. In the meantime, the voters can use provisional ballots, which will be vetted and counted if an election is close.BackInTex wrote:Delaware County Department of Voter Registration Chief Clerk Mary Jo Headley informed the commission that 3,840 of the forms were invalid for various reasons, including duplicate registration, invalid addresses and other discrepancies.
As I wrote in another topic, newly registered voters need a photo ID (and we'd all have to show ID if the voter ID law hadn't been so blatantly partisan that it was unconstitutional). Plus, to get away with voting more than once, you'd have to do it at different locations (unless all those colored folks look alike to the pro-Trump poll watchersBackInTex wrote:How about employing registrants who want to vote several times as Steuve Silver, Steeve Silver, Stephen Silver, Steve Silvur, and Stev Silfer. Re: Place Your Bets
I had 46 locations and 13 days to do it. If I had enough registrations I knew about I could have printed enough "utility bills" for ID and voted a minimum 46 times without repeating locations. I'm sure if I wore a suit to the first locations in the first days and overalls to the same locations in the final days I could get int around 70 votes, if I didn't have to show a "valid voter ID".jarnon wrote: Plus, to get away with voting more than once, you'd have to do it at different locations (unless all those colored folks look alike to the pro-Trump poll watchers).

Re: Place Your Bets
Even a utility bill shows your address, so I'm not sure how you get 46 different addresses, even if you have multiple variants on your name. I know that here in Georgia, they checked my name against their computer registry when I showed up to vote. Now it's possible someone might have gotten fake ID and impersonated me and already voted, but that would have resulted in the voting officials' informing me that was the case (and me raising a big stink).BackInTex wrote:I had 46 locations and 13 days to do it. I'm always fascinated that those who want to make voting as difficult as possible also bristle at any suggestion to tighten up identification and checking requirements for gun ownership.

Re: Place Your Bets
I could produce 100 different names and addresses on a utility bill with my computer in a matter of minutes. They could easily be printed from the same name and address list I used register the 100 variants of my name and address. Without requiring a state issued ID it would be pretty easy to vote 100 times. Requiring a state issued ID would not make it impossible but would make it much more difficult than opening up Adobe Acrobat, editing the name and address fields on a utility bill and reprinting 100 times on the buy it anywhere color laser printer on my desk.silverscreenselect wrote: Even a utility bill shows your address, so I'm not sure how you get 46 different addresses, even if you have multiple variants on your name. I've never bristled at tightening up identification to purchase guns. If we had the same requirement for voting as we do for purchase a firearm from a retail establishment I'd be happy. Why do you keep saying stuff like that?
