Flock, I'd suggest you read the Fourth Circuit's opinion on the North Carolina case. It proves pretty conclusively from the words of the Republican legislators themselves that all of the "anti-fraud" measures they passed were just a sham to prevent blacks from voting.

And it's almost always the case in other states as well, just their legislators aren't as blunt about going on the record as those in North Carolina were.

Aside from their own account, Trump's taped admissions, and the accounts of numerous corroborating witnesses who confirm that the women recounted the incident contemporaneously?
