Check arrived

#1 Post by basketball_junkie » Fri Oct 14, 2016 1:04 pm

Millionaire check arrived today only 15 days after the second episode aired. I was surprised it came in regular mail, not registered or certified.

As I recall, when I got my Jeopardy! check many moons ago, that also arrived via regular mail. --Bob

Mine came via DHL when they still made deliveries. They left it on my doorstep without ringing the bell.

Getting my Millionaire winnings check was an ordeal. They used Airborne Express the first time. They said they left it outside the door of my apartment, but neither my wife nor I ever saw it. I suspect that they left it outside the wrong door. The production company had to stop payment on their first check and reissue another one. They sent that one via certified mail.

Congrats! It freaked me out a little when mine just came in the regular mail. Many moons ago.

My BAM check was left on my doorstep also.
