Gov. Kasich may do OK in Wisconsin, especially if Scott Walker endorses him. Then he could be the Republican establishment's choice at a contested convention.

Again, Kasich is the only thing that's keeping Trump from walking all over Cruz, especially considering that most of the remaining states are not Cruz's strong states.

And Rubio technically is still in the running, he's merely suspended his campaign. His delegates are still pledged to him on the first ballot.

I'll keep looking, but it showed the percentages of early voting that Trump, Cruz, and Rubio got and Trumps percentage virtually didn't change on the day of voting while Cruz's increased significantly indicating that he likely got most of the "I was Rubio before he dropped out" vote.
