Lawrence Phillips found dead in prison at age 40
Just couldn't put R.I.P. I do hope he found peace before killing himself. But for 40 years, he was not a very good human being.
The death is being investigated as a suspected suicide, according to press release from the department.
..what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms.
~~ Thomas Jefferson
War is where the government tells you who the bad guy is.
Revolution is when you decide that for yourself.

Odd timing.... he scored the only touchdown for the Rams in the one NFL game I took in while they were in St. Louis...

With his history, I bet he suffered from chronic traumatic encephalopathy.

When we heard this, we thought of an interview that Dick Vermeil gave to a Philly radio station a while back. He talked about how he hoped Phillips would be able to get help because he was so troubled.
