Stop playing Facebook? How does one do that?

You have the 3rd best score so far this week. You tied for the 2nd most games right this week.
You will definitely still be in first. You may even stretch your lead over 2nd place.

But I'm not giving up. I've cut my deficit from 93 points to 62 in the last 2 weeks.

Despite this week being the equivalent of a dumpster fire for everybody, I managed to gain a huge chunk of points on Beast.

There is still hope for me yet.

I'm not sure which team is yours but the most anyone (other than me) gained on LB was 4 points.

In the "moral victory" category, I managed to maintain the best W-L record despite going 3-11. I'll take what I can get. As a Bills fan, I am quite accustomed to grasping at any positive I can.

Mine is "You Know Why I'm Here". I thought that Beast had the 21 this week, which was why I made that comment. Nonetheless, I did gain 14 on him over the past two weeks of crappy games.

They say every dog has his day. Week 11 was mine as I had the weekly high score locked up as soon as the picks for the Bengals/Cardinals game were shown. Now I don't have to care whether the Bradys win or lose tomorrow. Smart move by NBC to exercise its flex muscle and give the heave-ho to the Chiefs/Chargers originally scheduled tonight and switch it for a much better game.

Early games on Thursday. This will be a reminder to get picks in before kick-off.

Week 11 standings:

1. LB's Evil Squirrels 843 101-59
2. You Know Why I'm Here 797 96-64
3. Vandalians 792 97-63
4. TClark45 775 89-71
5. Skippy 773 90-70
6. andrewjackson 771 87-73
7. The Boneheads 761 98-62
8. Shameless Weasel 737 91-69
9. MarkBarrett 652 82-62

MarkBarrett wins the week so all of the active players have won at least one week.
LB and You Know Why I'm Here keep the top two spots but Vandal jumps up into 3rd place. TClark also makes a move from 6th to 4th.
I'm still climbing the ladder one place each week.

So close!

The Patriots overtime loss cost me a perfect Sunday.
Still pretty good. 11-1 on Sunday and 13-2 so far this week.

I could still lose the week. :(

Week 12 standings:

1. LB's Evil Squirrels 937 112-64
2. You Know Why I'm Here 904 107-69
3. andrewjackson 879 100-76
4. Vandalians 876 106-70
5. Skippy 862 100-76
6. TClark45 850 98-78
7. Shameless Weasel 833 100-76
8. The Boneheads 833 107-69
9. MarkBarrett 704 89-71

I won the week by going 13-3! You Know why I'm Here went 11-5 but only 1 point behind me for the week.
In the overall LB and You Know stay in the top spots but my third weekly win in the last 4 weeks has moved me up to 3rd.

Yep, another strong week keeps me solidly in second place. Not much time left in the season, but I will pull off the victory if I can keep chipping away at that lead.

Yep, if Cleveland had hit that field goal LB would have lost 12 points while we would have gained a few. You would have been within 16 points of the lead.

This game isn't over! I've made up 35 points on LB in the last 4 weeks. Hmmmm, if I can keep that up (unlikely but possible) over the last 5 weeks then I would....... still lose but it would be close. :)

Considering the fact that I've managed to win only one week.... the first one, I have no idea why I'm still in first and still have such a sizable lead. Going wire to wire would be a hell of an accomplishment considering I don't even really follow football anymore (And that has ironically really helped my picking percentage)...

2. LB's Evil Squirrels 1013
3. andrewjackson 982
4. Vandalians 952
5. Skippy 947
6. Shameless Weasel 925
7. TClark45 918
8. The Boneheads 912
9. MarkBarrett 758

Yep, we have a new leader! All of the other places stay the same. You Know and I went 11-5 this week but those pesky Patriots have cost me 24 points in the last two weeks.

Week 14 standings:

1. You Know Why I'm Here 1127
2. LB's Evil Squirrels 1095
3. andrewjackson 1060
4. Vandalians 1055
5. Skippy 1032
6. Shameless Weasel 1007
7. TClark45 999
8. The Boneheads 992
9. MarkBarrett 858

Well, that was a terrible week. For me. "Some" did well. You Know Why I'm Here, Vandal, and MarkBarrett all broke 100 pts this week. The standings stay the same but things have tightened up a bit in the middle of the pack .

3 weeks to go!

Week 15 standings:

2. LB's Evil Squirrels 1207
3. andrewjackson 1181

5. Skippy 1150
6. Shameless Weasel 1118
7. TClark45 1104
8. The Boneheads 1099
9. MarkBarrett 977

You Know Why I'm Here wins another week and stays in 1st place. That's 3 straight weekly wins for You Know.
I got back on track with a 2nd place and I'm creeping up on LB. I got a little distance on Vandal but he is still right behind me.

Yeah, I was practically unbeatable last week, as the only matches that I missed were my cheap-points ones.

I had my 8-point game remaining for Monday and I did consider switching to Detroit since I felt that was my only chance to win the week. I knew your game was a 6, so I could only gain two points if we both picked the same (most likely Saints). It was a good week for everyone with no one under 100 points.

Last week was a bad week for everybody, but Beast reclaimed some of the points that he had lost against me during the past couple of weeks. I hold the lead by 31 points going into the final week, so I can't score 30 fewer points than Beast in order to secure the top spot.

Week 16 standings:

1. You Know Why I'm Here 1318
2. LB's Evil Squirrels 1287
3. andrewjackson 1246
4. Skippy 1223
5. Vandalians 1223
6. Shameless Weasel 1191
7. The Boneheads 1174
8. TClark45 1174
9. MarkBarrett 1051

LB wins the week while You Know and I finish at the bottom.
We actually have two ties right now: one for 4th and one for 7th.
It should be an interesting final week.

Week 17 standings:

1. You Know Why I'm Here 1413
2. LB's Evil Squirrels 1372
3. andrewjackson 1346
4. Skippy 1311
5. Vandalians 1306
6. The Boneheads 1266
7. TClark45 1237
8. Shameless Weasel 1191
9. MarkBarrett 1121

I won another week but not by nearly enough to move up in the standings. You Know and I both went 11-5 for the week but I earned 5 more points.
The site shows the playoff games but I don't see how to enter picks so I guess the game is over.

You Know Why I'm Here wins! Congratulations to Pastor Fireball!
LB hangs on to 2nd place after leading most of the year.
