30K: Know ocean resources are in disputes. I wish mineable stuff were held in collectivity, but isn't. There have been claims on Antarctica. Go with moon.

If you found yourself in an unfamiliar, smoky office building with the fire alarm blazing, I suspect you would appreciate that the non-exits were clearly marked. The question says "may need to be" because those doors clearly labeled as "closet" or "break room" don't need additional signage.
A child of five would understand this. Send someone to fetch a child of five.

It says there were three novelists nominated. Presumably for a prize for novels. So, Q answered.
