Oddly enough, about the only question I know for sure is the million dollar Q. I always thought that would make a great Q15 as well...

So if your IQ was 120 what is it after ten years?

BJ: I worry about decreasing intelligence w/ the years, of course. Its presumed, with diabetics, to be due to inflammation in blood vessels in the brain, so I'm looking into trying to reduce that.

But who says my starting point is 120, anyway?

So if you start with 180 after ten years it would be 60?

I of course had looked these up after I answered, but gave up on the 250K; not an easy google. Turns out I guessed right, though.

Of the ones I got wrong: I really would have ATAed at $300. And possibly been out. There are too many others on which I'd have burned lifelines for me to have gotten far. I might have barrelled ahead on my choice on $200, but would have burned something on $2000, even though I turned out to be right. I'd have burned something on 16K; my guess was right, but for wrong reason (I though Burns lived longer; turns out he just died diff year).

I would have bowed out at 64K, even though my guess was right.

125K was a total stab by me, & wrong.

And, of course, I was wrong on the Mill; should not have guessed as I did, as if my guess were true, would have been in Curie bios. But I don't know if I'd have gotten it by random guessing either.

As is usual, though, a lot of Qs in which I had no confidence in my guess, turns out my guess was right. I have to learn to trust my gut, but probably wouldn't if real $$ were riding on it.

I woulda got a lot closer on this if I'd gone to the grocery store (with radio on) before I answered. Some Denver outfit is having a contest or a drawing or something where you get backstage passes for the Taylor Swift 1989 Tour with Taylor's Mom, your own luxury suite, etc. etc. while she's in Denver, and they're advertising locally.

Oh well.

Way fun! I did better than I thought. I was delighted when I guessed right on Horus. I guessed the last one because it's quite often correct in Sploofus when you have no idea. I did the same on Actinium, but of course it was rong. . .

Can't say I'm sorry I missed the booze Q, but I bet a NY audience would have known this to about 90% . . .

It's really straightforward if you break it in two:
1) EU formed? - 11/01/1993
2) List of British Prime Ministers - John Major was 1990-1997
