ABC Launches New Version of To Tell the Truth

I'm surprised Zach hasn't already posted this.

This version will be hosted by Anthony Anderson with Betty White and NeNe Leakes as two of the celebrity panelists. The rules will be pretty much the same as on the old version of the show, except the panelist who does the worst each show will have to tweet a lie about themselves. Anderson's mother Doris will be the official timekeeper and also ask questions. Six episodes have been ordered.

Buzzerblog had already speculated this revival last week, mentioning ANthony Anderson hosting and Betty White being a panelist. Betty will be second celebrity to have appeared as a game show guest in seven different decades, with Florence Henderson being the other one. THey mentioned in an article about the TTTT revival that Allen Ludden was once a regular on the show, which he never really was. Truth will be the second game show to have had a version air in seven different decades, with TPIR being the other one. Jeopardy, Newlywed Game, and Let's Make a Deal have aired in six different decades.
