CNN reports one of the escaped NY convict killed by a border patrol tactical team. The other is being pursued.

My brother and SIL are in that part of NY right now-her family owns property near Owls' Head. He emailed me on Saturday and said there were lots of cops everywhere. He was really relieved when the second goy was caught Sunday. Now they can enjoy their vacation.
I'm just a game show nerd.

They had been digging in their cells for six months prior to the escape.
A whole bunch of guards and the superintendent are now on administrative leave- people are wondering how the hell their cell wasn't inspected for that long?
Sweat talked about how there was one time during the search where the search parties were right underneath a tree he was hiding in on a crude tree stand- and they never saw him.
