Are you sure? Wikipedia says the name "People's Republic of the Congo" was used only from 1970 to 1991.

Are you sure? Wikipedia says the name "People's Republic of the Congo" was used only from 1970 to 1991.

Another mistake on my part. The correct answers are b and c.

I had it right in my research notes but wrote down the wrong letters in my key. Thanks for finding it before the masses storm the gate!

I have adjusted all scores accordingly.
