#1 Post by Beebs52 » Thu Apr 23, 2015 9:33 am

Love pipee! Anyway, they did a csection since Quinn's heartrate got weird wit h contractions. She'd been going at it for ten hours or so. Procedure took mabe 15 minutes and at 11 pm she debuted!
Quinn Renee, 5 lb, 12 oz. Saw and held her this morning. She's the most beautiful, alert baby ever!

I'm not biased, just truthful.
Also gobsmacked, verklempt, and in awe.
Well, then

Congratulations! This is wonderful news!

I said the same thing in the other thread, but I guess she hadn't arrived yet. So now -- welcome!

Recipe for Grandparenthood:

1 Grandchild
1 or more Grandparents
Spoiling

Apply generous amounts of spoiling to grandchild and mix well to desired consistency. Once desired amount of spoiling has been achieved, send home to parents of child. Repeat as necessary, and apply to any additional grandchildren as is indicated.

Yields happy relationship between child and grandparent, and payback to parent of child for various deeds done while in care of grandparent.

Yay! Congratulations to everyone involved! And enjoy her. They don't stay small for nearly long enough.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

I have heard it said that grandparents and grandchildren are so close because they have a common enemy.

Congrats, Beebs.
