1. easy. I knew it before the choices came up.

2. There are no pins involved in horseback riding.

3. easy. Jackie Kennedy was famous for wearing sunglasses.

4. I eliminated the two western cities because they take longer to get to from the east/midwestern part of the country. It takes my cousin at least a 3 hour flight to get here from Denver. So I'm down to Chicago and Atlanta. Since I've flown from many western cities to Chicago, which usually would involve a longer flight (Hawaii was the longest one, at 9 hours). So it's Atlanta-which I was in yesterday. It took an hour and 45 minutes to fly there from South Bend, and about the same time going back.
I'm just a game show nerd.

You've often posted similar reasoning for getting the correct answer. Since Barbara Bush often wears pearls, Hillary Clinton often wears pantsuits and Michelle Obama often wears sleeveless dresses, how does the sunglasses clue help you pick JKO of the 4 possible answers?

Q2: Don't know from putts. Don't see how this could possibly apply to horses, but ATA anyway.

Q3: The Greek connection has to make it Jackie O.

Q4: This was so sad to watch. Guy thinks you can fly from Chicago to the coast in 2 hours. Never stopped to question his own reasoning on this, though he did talk up 2 of the other cities to reject them. I never heard him even consider Atlanta. Has obviously never tried to book that trip.

Paul ROuffa won $46,100 on J! as a five time champion in season two, finished second to Chuck Forrest in the 1986 TofC, won $30K over five days on Scrabble in 1987, lost on Now You See It in 1989 to a guy who won $50K in the bonus round, and was a quarter finalist on Super J! in 1990.

Ghost, you're absolutely right. I didn't think it all the way though. Atlanta kept popping up, but I wanted the answer to be Chicago...even though our flight to LaGuardia was more than 2 hours. So frustrating to waste an opportunity like this. Oh well. We had fun...up until that moment.

Thanks, Zach. You have always been accurate and fair in writing about me, and I appreciate it.

The key thing about Atlanta is the many big cities, east coast & midwest, you can reach in 2 hours. In fairness, because the distance is closest, there probably *are* some 2 hour flights to NYC from Chicago, but I know by living in Boston & having flown a lot to Detroit that Detroit is 2 hours & Chicago, 200 miles farther west should be a little more. & if you look at big cities in other directions from Chicago you get the same "maybe". Though also in fairness I don't think the Q meant to penalize for distances just a few minutes over 2 hours. Whereas I also knew, from having booked to Atlanta to use it as the cheapest hub to then drive to Alabama or Georgia, that people from other east coast cties were similarily using it as a hub. Maybe its not so obvious after all unless like me you've "been there".

Ghost, you're being generous. I screwed up. IIRC, I mentioned how Chicago to Atlanta was less than 2 hours, but I never got around to reversing it.
