The bad news is that the QA tech at our warehouse is leaving at the end of the month, leaving us scrambling for a replacement.
The good news is that I no longer have to write his annual review.
(Now that's digging deeply for a silver lining.)
One of his several roles at the warehouse is one that may force us to stop selling some products in a few states. Not good for the business. May be a difficult role to replace, too. For joy.

Silver Lining 2: you may now chuckle at the image of me reading this entire post in puzzlement, then just as I was about to mentally shrug and click back to the main screen, realizing that you typed "QA tech" and not "Q&A tech." I was wondering what the hell kind of business you were in that not only had a Questions and Answers technician, but that you had to write a performance review for.gsabc wrote:The bad news is that the QA tech at our warehouse is leaving at the end of the month, leaving us scrambling for a replacement.
