I googled "Abraham Lincoln" cats and got 671,000 hits. I still think it's a WWOQ.

1. no idea, but easy to figure out.

2. my aunt has 2 cats, so I know this one.

3. JTQ fast. I have no idea, and doubt either the audience or my plus one would know.

4. Origami is Japanese, so I go with that.
