creeped out big time
A couple times already Facebook, when logged into via el tablito, has written me email asking me "don't you want to post these pictures" & peels out the last 2 pics I took with tablet's camera. They weren't, but could easily have been medical pics of bad body stuff I took to send my doctor. If only docs would check those, but that's a different issue. I guess I'll take those pics with my unsmart phone. That Facebook is reaching into my phone for stuff like this creeps me out big time. I am working on finding how to turn this "feature" off. I know I never turned it on.

I dunno - Maybe if you DID post something like colon pics it would never ask again.
Agreed though, kind of creepy. Just like all the pop-up ads follow whatever you are searching for on the computer. I last searched for doorknob pricing for a project on the Lowe's website. Now all my pop-ups are for doorknobs.

I agree being followed by your purchases is annoying, but at least that browser is using info you gave it. But Facebook stole these photos out of my phone. Kind of like if I "borrowed" my neighbor's stuff just because they left it one floor down, where they live.

It wasn't colon prep I was photographing, since you brought that up as an example! Other stuff I wanted to document. Just wanted to clarify.

Also, the Alcatel phone itself has some files it apparently got out of my gmail that I never to my knowledge gmailed. When I checked their "files" app I found this out. Brrr.
I can see why security pros recommend "air security" (they call it something similar but spiffier I don't wanna look up right now). What they mean is a computer that's not connected to anything at all, except the electrical outlet. If even that. No wires, no wireless. That's an "air gap". So that you can use whatever you've loaded up to edit stuff with, & that's it.
