It's not B and I'm pretty sure it's not D, since West Virginia broke away from Virginia to join the Union. Maryland had a lot of Southern sympathizers so I'd go with that.

The only Black Robert Johnson that leapt to mind was the great blues guitarist, the one who supposedly sold his soul to the devil to become that great. One of my fellow Toastmasters brought a recording and put it in a speech about Johnson, and I was amazed. Anyway, back to the question -- I can pretty safely eliminate Speaker of the House and astronaut, but I don't follow NASCAR or billionaires all that much. JTQ.
