Okay, I'm alive

You know I had guests here and couldn't get to the computer. We didn't escape to the beach this year.

I suppose I missed just too much to catch up. I know beast is creaming me at LS. I'm not going near the B4 thread, since I dreamed I weighed 177 pounds (bite-sized food again!)

Anything new and exciting?

Yeah, well it's all fanny's fault. She needs to just do all VH1 Classic LS games, then I might even finish in the top 10....

Do I need to come over there and build a shed for you to hole up your guests in from now on....? :P

We have an 8-bedroom professionally cleaned house just sitting there empty, but they decided they didn't want to drive the extra 2 and a half hours, so they invited themselves here. What can you do? They're coming back in three weeks, so be warned.

If you ever get married, find an only child who was orphaned in college so you can skip all the in-law baggage....

We have an 8-bedroom professionally cleaned house just sitting there empty, but they decided they didn't want to drive the extra 2 and a half hours, so they invited themselves here. What can you do? They're coming back in three weeks, so be warned.

If you ever get married, find an only child who was orphaned in college so you can skip all the in-law baggage....

The In-laws who won disfunctional parents of the decade 2 decades running helps too. Of course, the psychic damage that leads to the self imposed isolation is a side effect you need to be aware of.

Being insane yourself does make the latter easier.

Getting back to the "What can you do?" question, I don't suppose that saying, "Enjoy the house. We'll be at the beach house if you want to see us," would work? :|

Maybe the in-laws are afraid of going to Hurricane Central....
