I'll be in New York this week on business. It's looking like a very busy week so I don't expect to have time to socialize, but just in case I thought I'd let folks know.

Two depositions down (this week), four to go.

The week did get off to a nice start. I started yesterday with a summary judgment hearing in federal court. We won, ending the case in our favor a month before trial was scheduled to begin. I even had enough time to head home and change into comfortable clothes before heading to the airport. --Bob
