Looks like the Evil Squirrel instigated a fight between the two cats. He could be descended from the Evil Squirrel of Norse mythology, who runs up and down the world tree Yggdrasil, telling the eagle at the top of the tree that the dragon at the tree's roots is dissing him, and vice versa.
