Why the death penalty is still needed

Ohio school shooter escapes from prison

T.J. Lane killed 3 fellow students at Chardon High School in 2012
He was sentenced to consecutive sentences of life without parole and an additional sentences totaling 37 years.
And yet he is now free to kill again.

He should have been executed immediately after determining he was sane. There was no doubt, reasonable or otherwise.

Seriously? You're in favor of the death penalty for 16-year-olds?

When there's 97 witnesses and the killer is still holding the smoking gun in his/her hands or they find a couple dozen bodies in a basement, YES!!!! Turn their light off. If not, even though it may cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep them locked up, life may be the best thing to give them. You never know when the cops are wrong.
