Survivor casting

The identity of one cast member has been confirmed. A former MLB player with a "history" will be on this season.

I do not like this aspect of Survivor. It's one thing to bring back a former Survivor player who is popular for another chance. (And of course, since it's a fan favorite will generate interest and viewers). Still, I'm OK with that as they were an unknown on their first Survivor try and all their 'fame' is contained within the game.

Casting somebody who is famous is only there for the golly-gee-whiz-look-who's-on-Survivor factor. I get it - more viewers will watch to see how the once famous coach/actor/athlete will do in the game. For the other contestants, it's the same story line - some will recognize the 'famous' person, some will not and editing plays that up. Once or twice was fine, but it now seems that one or two 'ringers' is becoming the normal casting mix.

I would prefer to see either all fresh faces or all 'all-stars', without any mixing.

Winning this #&@& show will be about as easy as taking a @#&*( banana away from #@&*( Randall Simon. #@&*(, forget that, that fat #&@# monkey will bite your whole #@^% hand off if you did that.

After all those #&@*( trips I made on the @#&*( New York subway, I think I can handle the #@&*( jungle, or the #@&^& outback, or @#&*( Ferguson, or wherever they @#&*( drop us off at. Hell, it can't be any more @#&* dangerous than the #&@*( bullpens were at that #@&*( dump in Phila@#&*delphia...

Any truth to the rumor (which I'm just starting) that he took the No. 7 train to his audition? --Bob

I had to look The Twinnies up (not an AR fan):

I'm guessing they have an attitude problem...

A little more beefcake and boobs than usual. Hope they don't mess up on their editing with fuzzy body-part blockers.

Thank you, TPTB, for giving me the incentive to avoid watching another season.
