Since it's very difficult to take muttlies to Alaska unless you drive (not something we're prepared to take on at the moment), we left Casey and Annie in two separate Colorado domiciles whilst we fished and sightseed (sightsaw?). Results were the same in both houses when we got back -- both hopped into the car and velcroed themselves to the car seat. Poor Casey, she had to unvelcro because we spent the night with our host before continuing on home. Annie was secure until she looked out the window when the car stopped moving, and lo and behold, there was home.
They were so happy to see us -- makes me feel guilty for stuff I haven't even done. How do I deserve to be the object of such adoration from two such wonderful beings? Lord, help me to be the person my doggies think I am.
