Life Update w/ good news!

#1 Post by clem21 » Tue Jul 22, 2014 12:09 pm

I know I've been scarce lately. Being a lawyer and a dad takes up time apparently. Oh yes, that wasn't a typo. TGFSH and I had a little girl back in April. We had some scares early on because she was born with giant cataracts in both of her eyes but after a couple surgeries, they fixed everything and she's a super happy little girl, albeit with incredibly dorky infant glasses. (I'll PM pics for those interested) I just wanted to update y'all and I'll definitely try and check in a bit more often.

I was just thinking about you this morning. That happens all the time (not thinking about you, thinking of someone and having them pop up).

Glad to see things are good with you. Do you really mean congenital cataracts or was it cloudy films on her eyes?

So glad to here your girl's sight is going to be alright. What's her name? People probably think the sunglasses make her a hipster infant. And here I am worried about my eventual cataract surgery, at a way older age than "infant".
