RIP Meshach Taylor
Emmy-nominated actor Meshach Taylor, best known for his role in the hit sitcom Designing Women, died Saturday night. He was 67.

He was also the 21st century Orson Bean in that he was a regular panelist on John O'Hurleys 2000-01 version of To Tell the Truth. Also kicking the bucket this past week is R&B singer Bobby Womack, who died Friday 6/27 at age 70.

He also played FBI Agent Dave Rossi's former Viet Nam Sgt in a couple of episodes of Criminal Minds

Screw this, he was genuinely funny in Designing Women. Something hard for a foil for the Women to attain, even in such a well-written show.
And I didn't recognize him on Criminal Minds, which spells "good actor".
