I just finished 1-1/2 hours of training on how to use the new phone. It has all sorts of features, most of which the average user (such as myself) will never need. One of those features is a "speed dial" feature that lets you store up to 99 numbers. Unfortunately you have to remember which speed dial number you assigned to which phone number (the phone doesn't display the list), which could be problematic. The old phone system gets shut off tonight.

I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

There are a lot of features on this phone (Cisco, BTW) and it takes a while to go through them all.
