Wedding Blog: BD**2 - 139

I believe the days until the Big Day are correct. If anyone is so inclined, they can review my work, then initial and date my work. (Sorry. That's a lot of what I do for a living. Got carried away.)

FSIL is recovering. That's about all I know.

Somewhen during the recovery period, he has to head back to NC in order to swear that he sold his old car to someone. The car got stolen, and apparently something went wrong with the pink slip transfer and the insurance company is giving the new owner a hard time about paying off. What we can't understand is why FSIL has to make the trip physically. What's wrong with a sworn affadavit and overnight delivery?

The upshot of this nonsense is that because he has to go to NC, he will not have time available to visit here in the near future. This is wreaking havoc with our planning and his part in it. He had better not complain if something isn't to his liking. The problems may not ALL be his fault, but enough of them are so that we have legitimate complaints. Which GW and I will keep to ourselves, and let BD handle it. He will always be welcome at our place. We just want it to occur more frequently.

Actual wedding decisions will be coming in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

Yes, pea, there are some nasty scenarios playing about in my overly active imagination, too. I don't care to dwell on them.

"Worrying does help. What you worry about seldom happens." - dunno where the quote is from. Seems appropriate, tho'.
