I knew I had seen this movie before, but the title had been driving me nuts all day. I finally pulled it out. It's LITTLE MONSTERS, a cheesy film starring Fred Savage and Howie Mandel. The film was much better in the early 2000s as "Monsters, Inc."

That's the title we need to complete "Little Miss Sunshine".
