I think I see him. If you follow the aisle up and to the right from the head of the really tall guy who's graduating, there's a guy in a gray suit who is walking up the aisle. To that guy's right about six seats in there are a couple people with purple shirts. About four rows in front of them and about three seats to their left (your right), there is someone in a bright pink shirt. I think Kareem is seated to that person's right (your left).
