top o' the mornin'® 3/27/2014

I had a depressing dream last night (or perhaps I should say early this morning). I woke up unable to remember the dream but I woke up very sad and depressed.

I always get sad and depressed when I can't remember my dreams. :P

I've had a boatload of dreams involving food lately. And good food!

And I bet you didn't gain a pound, either!

I had a dream about food a couple days ago; I was working in a place that involved a huge (airport-baggage-conveyor-belt-huge) conveyor belt on which fried chicken was being transported somewhere. Except, unlike most airports I've been in, this belt was almost vertical. A fried chicken escalator.

I woke up & took my blood sugar as usual these days for 6:00am, & it was 177!. Much higher than the 87-107 its been with all the drugs to put it there. I was really bummed out. And continued to be bummed when it was 138 a couple hours later. No, I had not gotten up & eaten fried chicken, of which there was none in the house, or anything else in the middle of the night. And chicken, even fried, which means there's some carbohydrate batter involved, shouldn't raise my blood sugar much anyway.

Stress is supposed to, though.

I have lots of stressy dreams, though. Without this result. I can't remember ever before having a dream about food.

I dream tons every night and remember most. Especially since I awake 900 times. Interesting about the sugar thing. Wonder about what else is affected. I always feel if I don't dream it's a bad night. Lately mine have been weirdly stress/get somewhere/figure something out.
Well, then
