Hmmm...
Just got back from Tunica, competing with my trivia team for $$$. At one point we were 34th out of about 126 teams. First go at the finals for us. Apparently some recent Jeopardy contestants were competing also; they announced their names at the end of the tournament. It was fun.
One of my senior debate students received acceptance letters from Harvard and Stanford. Harvard is first choice. Also waiting to hear about Gates Scholarship. My other senior debater received acceptance letters from UNT (University of North Texas) and UT-Austin. He accepted UT's offer.
Some of my other seniors were accepted into Baylor, Naval Academy, PVAMU, Texas State, TAMU, University of Houston, among others. Super excited for them.
And Michael Bublé still picks on me at concerts, and I love it.
