These whippersnappers don't even begin to understand the notion of gratuitous posting. hbomb and I were tops at it. The Verbose Class got its name for a reason.

Hey! I am a member of the Old Class.
LB talked about a phenomenon which occurred in my case. A person would post along until she or he got to maybe 1,100 posts (I think that was the number), and then, if she or he hadn't dropped out, boom! Her or his posting rate would skyrocket!
And so it was in my case, and I was soon in the Top Ten.
And then I started Seven Clues.
