Observations Backlog 671 - Subterfuge

This observation is quoted with our thanks to MarleysGh0st from a post of April 6, 2010.

This particular Merry Man was inspired by the real Jeff Kirby, who managed to fool TJPTB into letting him appear twice on Jeopardy! by using the clever subterfuge of apparently not mentioning that he'd already been a contestant.
