Today's observation is copied and edited slightly from the July 29, 2013 Observations post.
Sunsets at Canyonlands and other areas in Utah seem to suffuse the towering sandstone cliffs with a rutilant glow.

-- In Iroquois society, leaders are encouraged to remember seven generations in the past and consider seven generations in the future when making decisions that affect the people.
