He'll be her executive producer.

I presume this means someone else will be taking over that spot on SyndieBAM, next season? That could make a difference, if anyone like me feels he's been against us since the first bus tour auditions.

Shouldn't Rich Sirop be working for IHOP?

People can be EP on more than one show. Harry Friedman is EP of WOF and J!, Mike Richards is EP for TPIR and LMAD.

Actually Rich was credited as Supervising Producer the last few seasons; this year he's been credited as just Writer.
