Replay is expanding
Other than force plays at second base on attempted double plays, most calls are now reviewable. Managers start with one challenge per game, and if the challenge is successful, they get a second challenge. Umpires have authority to seek review starting in the 7th inning. Replays will be handled by a rotating crew of 8 umpires in New York. --Bob

This is pretty much an admission that the fielder does not have to touch second on the force play, isn't it?
