I don't think the pyramid is that tall and I'm sure it's not the bridge or the arc, so I'll go with B.

I know it's not Albanian because I learned some of that language when I went to Macedonia a few years ago. My hunch was Ethiopian - when I was at the seminary we looked at ancient copies of the New Testament in languages other than Greek, and ISTR that one of the languages was Amharic (the other was Sahidic), from Ethiopia. I don't know if I'd have been brave enough to go for it based on an old memory, though.
