They'll get in before the Moody Blues do. I guess being together for 46 years, minus a couple years being on hiatus, and still selling out venues doesn't mean a thing to those clowns. The last time they were here in St. Louis I had kids sitting behind me that were around five or six along with their parents and as I was exiting, I saw three little old ladies on walkers that had to be in their 80's. I doubt some of they groups they've let in lately can claim that.

Yeah, the Moody Blues are one of many artists who have been snubbed by the R&RHoF for years. Linda Ronstadt and Hall & Oates finally got nominated for the first time this year, and KISS and Cat Stevens were each nominated only one other time... so at least a few injustices became undone at one time this year. And aside from the Moody Blues, aren't we really overdue to see Chicago, Electric Light Orchestra, the Doobie Brothers, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Deep Purple, Duran Duran, Styx, Yes, and Blood Sweat & Tears inducted, too? (I know I'm forgetting about a dozen other rock/pop icons.) I'll take the lot any time over the injustice that took place last year: the induction of Rush, the most uninteresting and most overrated rock group in history.
