Chris has been a big fan of the show ever since he was a kid. His friends call him "the human Wikipedia" because of the intense bit of knowledge he has in his size 8 cranium. Cedric is surprised that Chris knows his head size. That's a very Wikipedia-like thing. Chris says there is a drawback to Wikipedia because anyone can edit in stuff. Cedric says Chris doesn't do that with his size 8 cranium.
